NANO-TECHNOLOGIES used IN BIOKOMP'S COMPRESSORS

Biokomp applies specific Nano-Technologies in the pre-treatment process of metal sheets to effectively clean their surface prior to the painting process and protect them from oxidation and , at same time, increase the paint adherence. The use of Nano-Technologies in the pre-treatment processes on Biokomp's metallic carpentries subject to powder coating allows the removal from the surface of every thing that could invalidate the painting process.

The pre-treatments of metal surfaces aim to:

hinder the oxidation-corrosion process of metals;
considerably increase the chemical corrosion resistance;
Improve paint adherence to the substrate.

The use of special paint is essential to increase the weathering resistance our products and make them more durable.

Biokomp has combined the efficiency of permanent magnets technology with electromechanical reliability of asynchronous motors to develop a unique vector-type moto for high speeds, which performs at its best with a dedicated FOC-inverter with closed ring encoder.
